1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with your tracking information.

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Times

We offer international shipping to ensure pet parents worldwide can enjoy our products. Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

  • United States & Canada: 7 – 15 business days.
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7 – 15 business days.
  • Australia & New Zealand: 8 – 18 business days.
  • Other International Destinations: 10 – 20 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order. They can occasionally take longer due to customs clearance procedures or carrier delays beyond our control.

3. Shipping Rates

  • We are proud to offer Free Shipping on qualifying orders or promotions.
  • Standard shipping rates (if applicable) will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, you will automatically receive an email containing a Tracking Number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • HappyPaws.co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is always a very small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.
